Вегетарианство
Год назад мы с Maxx_Da_Fly, по его настоянию, отказались от мяса. За два года до этого мы бросили курение и употребление алкогольных напитков. Первые полгода были нестабильными, и уж первые месяцы точно. Мы ели суп на мясном бульоне, желатиновые конфеты, бульонные куриные кубики… и, конечно, рыбу. Через полгода у меня начало меняться мировоззрение и если до этого я сердилась на Maxx_Da_Fly, что он чудит, и не дает мне есть мяса, то тогда я прониклась нравственной стороной вопроса. И отказалась готовить рыбу. Некоторое время мы ели ее в виде консервов, но Maxx_Da_Fly опять отказался. Сказал, что вегетарианство его больше привлекает. А я продолжала есть селедку.
После отказа от курения я набрала вес, налегая на сладкое, прибавка колебалась от 4 до 6 килограмм. Я и до этого была пухленькая (161 см рост, 58 кг), а после - тушите свет. Особо расстроил факт, что многие вещи были куплены недавно, а я не могу их носить.
Но я не могла сбросить вес. Разгрузочные дни и голодания очень ухудшали самочувствие, тренировки приносили мышечный тонус, но вес держался!
У меня начали выпадать волосы. До этого они были густыми.
Единственным для меня плюсом в физическом плане было улучшение состояния зубов и ЖКТ. К слову сказать, как раз той весной, когда мы отказались от мяса, у меня было обострение гастрита.
В общем-то, мне все нравилось в вегетарианстве, я была счастлива, поедая молочные продукты и сладости. Когда два месяца назад я лишилась этого, то была в отчаянии. Больше об отчаянии и веганстве читайте выше.
