Вам фитнес, вилнес, шейпинг или боди-тонинг?

ВАМ ФИТНЕС, ВИЛНЕС, ШЕЙПИНГ ИЛИ БОДИ-ТОНИНГ?
Maxx_Da_Fly откопал эту статью на сайте "Атлетика". Свое мнение я придержу, лучше сходите сами почитайте. Вот, чтобы заинтересовать:

Все эти фитнесы, вилнесы, шейпинги, йогалатесы, сквачи, боулинги, гольфы, керлинги и прочие сквоши - изначально бизнес-проекты, как сейчас говорят, имеющие своей основной целью получение прибыли теми, кто их осуществляет. Здоровое и гармоничное физическое развитие занимающихся для них даже не побочный, а нежелательный результат, т.к. люди здоровые на такие занятия вряд ли согласятся. Зачем им резать курицу, несущую золотые яйца. Все эти виды, как и футбол, теннис, хоккей и прочие, самые что ни на есть спортивно-развлекательные диверсии (т.е. отвлечения), больше подходящие для тусовок духовной и нравственной богемы, чем для физического воспитания основной массы населения. Никакие это не новые и особо эффективные виды занятий, а просто, как говорят, старые песни на новый мотив.

И еще это ^o^:

В группах здоровья, женской гимнастики, общей физической подготовки, комплексах утренней и производственной гимнастики (помните о таких?) пилатесов (как и каланетик) было на каждую ногу по десять пар. Причем, все упражнения имели физиологическое обоснование, подбирались по профилю и дозировались индивидуально, а не потому что так делает какая-то голливудская звезда. И все это не продавалось, а предоставлялось бесплатно!
