Улучшение зрения: советы йогов
Несколько месяцев назад я воодушевился постом в блоге Дмитрия Смакотина, и купил для прочтения книгу Норбекова "Опыт дурака или ключ к прозрению". Да, мотивационно она построенна хорошо, но расчитана на человека, абсолютно закрепощенного разными комплексами, которому требуется грубый мотивационный пинок. В итоге, дочитав до середины, я заскучал, а сама методика улучшения зрения в книге начиналась ближе к концу.
Однако, к счастью, методом тыка нашел книгу Раманантата Йога "Упражнение йоги для глаз", которая, как мне кажется, более обстоятельна. Хорошо обосновывается то, что очки - это костыли и их ношение абсолютно ненормально, так же как и ненормален подход европейских врачей, стремяшихся поскорее их надеть на любого пациента. Развеивается миф о неизбежности плохого зрения при данном уровне развития цивилизации.
Кратко иогическую методику восстановления зрения можно описать так: "будьте всегда спокойны и держите глаза расслабленными". + даются некоторые упражнения, способствующие расслаблению глаз. Часть их я уже выполняю, а именно: стараюсь давать отдых глазам от очков в свободное время (когда готовлю, например, или в транспорте), делаю соляризацию глаз (правда, город солнышком радует не всегда).
Напоследок закину удочку, маленькая цитата из книги (мотивационная):
Кстати, о мнимой занятости. Не будем забывать, друзья, что жизнь человека «занятого» тем и глупа, что он целый день ничего путного не делает, а ему всегда некогда. Об этой породе людей в «Агни-Йоге» сказано: «Остерегайтесь не имеющих времени. Ложная занятость прежде всего указывает на неумение пользоваться сокровищем времени и пространства. Такие люди могут исполнять лишь первичные формы работы. Невозможно их привлечь к созиданию... Скажем о мелочных лентяях и скудоумах, заграждающих путь жизни: они заняты, как сосуд, наполненный перцем; у них всегда горечь от работы; они важны, как индюки, ибо пересчитывают количество смрада курения, они предоставляют место работы одурманиванию. Выдуманы сотни предлогов, заполняющих щели гнилой работы. Они не найдут часа для самого неотложного. В тупости своей они готовы стать дерзкими и отринуть для них самое существенное».— Здесь и далее примеч. автора.Желаю вам сильных и светлых глаз, оздоровляйте их.
