Как улучшить зрение

Подписчик: Так получается, что основным инструментом у меня для создания чего-либо является компьютер. Поиск информации, чтение книг, программирование и т.д. Так или иначе, все равно приходится работать с монитором.Есть ли у вас какие-либо рекомендации по поддержанию или улучшения зрения? Комплекс витаминов, упражнения или может еще что-нибудь?
Сам я поставил программу Eye Love You, которая через заданный короткий промежуток времени (я поставил 8 минут) напоминает и показывает, какое короткое упражнение (на 5-10 секунд)надо сделать для глаз. А через длинный промежуток (я поставил 50 минут) тоже делает напоминание об отдыхе (я поставил 5 минут).
Я слышал, что надо ополаскивать лицо холодной водой во время рабочего дня. А еще смотреть на заходящее солнце. Но, видимо, это зависит от географического расположения местности. У нас в Санкт-Петербурге я пробовал смотреть - очень сложно (и наверное вредно).
Сергей Михайлов: Я рекомендую поставить монитор как можно дальше от глаз. У меня, например, монитор стоит аж на другом столе, так что расстояние между глазами и экраном больше 40 см. При зрении -2 и мониторе 17" 1280*1024 все прекрасно видно.Не приглядываться! Читать рассеянным зрением. Похожий метод чтения отрабатывается при скорочтении, когда глаза немного расфокусируются и смотрят сразу на несколько слов. То есть рекомендация - займитесь скорочтением. Правда, такой метод делает невозможным быстрый поиск точной информации, например поиск в экселе. Что ж, лучше избегать такой работы.
Не играть в компьютерные игры. Я замечаю, что после игр зрение садится конкретно, а потом очень медленно восстанавливается.
Ходить без очков. У меня зрение -2, а очки на -1.3. В последнее время я очками не пользуюсь, разве что когда нужно водить автомобиль, но и то строго слежу за собой, чтобы очки не оставить.
Пытаться увидеть "что там на горизонте". Уверяю вас, что даже
если у вас плохое зрение, то через неделю другую тренировок, вы
сможете выполнить это задание. Это вас приятно (а может быть неприятно) удивит. Но это неважно, главное, - положитm начало своих действий по улучшению своего зрения.Прочитать книжку(и) Норбекова. Вот некоторые его рекомендации: Ходить довольным как индюк. Осознать, что ходить в очках стыдно. Как можно чаще обращать свой мысленный взор (что такое мысленный взор у меня не спрашивайте, а натренируйтесь сами :) ) на глаза или другой больной орган.
ГО: Добавлю. Смотреть на солнце после 40 лет опасно, - возрастает вероятность получить катаракту. Уже много-много лет тому назад, - 30 лет примерно, - появилась книжка доктора Бейтса "Хорошее зрение без очков". В ней замечательная и простая глазная гимнастика. Я изложил ее своими словами, - очень кратко, - здесь
Настоятельно рекомендую также книги:
Роберто Каплан "Сознательное зрение. Измените свою жизнь с помощью глаз" Издательство "София", 2003. ISBN: 5-9550-0248-0
Роберто Каплан "Видеть без очков", 2004г. ISBN: 5-9550-0362-2
Каплан пошел значительно дальше Бейтса, - он обнаружил и научился использовать глаза как средство оздоровления всего организма и, в том числе, восстанавливать полноценное зрение. Каплан понял, что возможно не только по радужной оболочке узнавать, что в каком органе болит, но и воздействовать в обратном направлении через глаза на органы, оздоравливая их. Книга по своей идее вплотную примыкает к идеям Норбекова. Человек может оздоравливать себя сам. Полностью. И без всяких лекарств.
