Дискуссии об исправлении зрениия

Недавно на KPNemo прошла публикация о Норбекове, ничего особенного, но вот комменты (как обычно) оказались интересными.
Приведу избранные:

На опыте своем и друзей знаю, что тому, кому хватит настойчивости и целеустремленности исправлять себе зрение по Норбекову, никакой Норбеков не нужен. Просто подумайте, в чем причина ухудшения вашего зрения, если оно [ухудшение] у вас приобретенное. Исчезнет причина - вернется зрение

По зрению - помогают простейшие парные упражнения - фокусировка / расфокусировка и напряжение / расслабление.

есть такое растение, василёк. 1 ст ложка на стакан кипятка, 20 минут наставать, 4 раза в день пить. и будет вам улучшение зрения. можно и компрессы на глаза

Методика Норбекова действительно хороша, но, перед ее использованием, стоит почитать книгу "Мой муж - Норбеков или как родилась Лора" написанную его бывшей женой

Всю жизнь слежу за этими темами, а не сталкивался.
Зрение я лечил по "Улучшение зрения по методу Бейтса, без очков". Два самых эффективных упражнения - черное поле и соляризация. Так же помогает углубление-проникновение в позу мертвого. Это из хатха-йоги.
Сам удивился, уже очки носил год. И вдруг через полгода упражнений глаза как будто встали на свое место. Как были раньше.

Вообще-то прежде чем читать Норбекова, Цветкова или т.п., лучше начать c Вадима Зеланда "Трансерфинг Реальности" ссылка. Появится системное понимание, как это все работает, то есть что все зависит от нас самих и мы можем очень и очень многое...

Не могу ничего сказать по всем вышеуказанным авторам (слышу о них впервые), но Бэйтс - это авторитет в этом деле. В своей методике довольно толково все обосновывает и учит, почему мы стали плохо видеть, и учит, как вернуть зрение, как вновь правильно смотреть, и дает не сложный комплекс упражнений. Также есть специальный комплекс у йогов, можно сочетать

А вот очень большой и интересный пост, целая заметка:

Про Норбекова слышал, но лучше бы не слышал. Впрочем, каждый может иметь свое мнение.
А по подобным методикам улучшения зрения могу сказать, что офтальмология их не признает и научно опровергает теории авторов, но в то же время они действуют (проверено на себе). Могу изложить собственное объяснение этого противоречия:
1) Улучшению зрения помогают: витамины, черника, упражнения на улучшение кровообращения (контрастные ванны, гимнастика, массаж..), упражнения на развитие цилинарных мышц (смотреть попеременно на точку вблизи - затем в даль) и т.д. - все, что рекомендует официальная медицина. Но в основном эти меры хороши для профилактики и дают незначительное улучшение. В любом случае, пренебрегать ими не стоит.
2) Глаза - это по сути продолжение мозга, они тесно друг с другом взаимосвязаны. Например, плохому зрению обычно всегда сопутствует головные боли, усталость, потеря внимания и т д. Важен еще один момент: картина мира которую мы получаем через зрение сначала обрабатывается (формируется мозгом) и только в результате этого получается привычное нам видение. К примеру, мозг "переворачивает" изображение, полученное сетчаткой, которое на самом деле расположено "верх ногами". Примеров такой коррекции много: человек у которого слепнет один глаз может долго не подозревать об этом, поскольку мозг самостоятельно будет исправлять этот дефект, или некоторые дальтоники, вопреки устоявшемуся мнению, не видят траву красной, а небо желтым, они видят их как обычные люди, поскольку знают какого цвета должны быть эти объекты, а если в поле зрения попадает незнакомый объект, то мозг коррекцию сделать не может. Упражения с таблицами по методике Бейтса (а остальные, по моему, просто доработки его идеи) позволяют развить эту способность в нужном направлении - а именно корректировать размытое изображение, распознавая знакомые объекты (буквы, геометрические примитивы). Т.е. мозг работает как FineReader (насколько такая аналогия уместна). И результаты достигаются достаточно хорошие, например я приводил в шок окулиста в поликлинике, демострируя -1,5 вместо -4,5. Но показатели достигаются неравномерно, хорошие - для букв (особенно для стандартной таблицы ШБМНК), знакомых объектов и лиц, для остального - намного хуже.
3) глазное яблоко со всех сторон окружено мышцами, которые его двигают в нужном направлении. Тренировками можно добиться того, что управляя этими ими можно немного сжимать глаз (и соответственно удлинять/укорачивать расстояние от сетчатки до фокуса). Это достаточно сложно, особенно для двух глаз одновременно. У меня получалось "поймать фокус" в две стадии: сначала "распознавая" (см. выше) отдельные знакомые детали, а затем и все остальное, и в результате "проявлялось" четкое изображение. Например, впереди идут двое людей. Вижу только очертания. По походке, примерным пропорциям тела и др. неявным признакам на подсознательном уровне узнаю своего знакомого, и начинаю различать его черты лица, а затем прилагая уже сознательные усилия различаю второго, и мелкие детали (надписи на одежде и т.п.)
4) расслабление и снятие напряжение. Можно добиться снятия спазма мышц, который возникает в результате длительной напряженной зрительной работы на близком расстоянии. Никогда не всматривайтесь, если что-то не видите. Лучше закройте и расслабьте глаза, и снова киньте быстрый взгляд на нужный объект. Чаще моргайте и смотрите на различные объекты (лучше вдали), тогда спазм возникать не будет.
Вот собственно и все, откуда берется результат этих методик. Т.е офтальмологи правы, зрение не улучшается, а просто происходит адаптация за счет психотехник.
Все написанное относится только к близорукости. п.1 и п.4 дают постоянную составляющую улучшения зрения (настоящую), остальное - переменную. Хорошие результаты получаются, если совмещать с занятиями йогой, медитациями и т.п.
Лично я задолбался заниматься этим гемором, и в конце концов сделал лазерную коррекцию. Кстати, когда перед операцией я проходил обследование, врач посмотрела результаты и спросила, практиковал ли я подобные нетрадиционные методы (исходя из длины глазного яблока, у меня должно было быть -8 вместо -4,5), потом ходила совещаться, и дала добро на коррекцию.
З.Ы.: Если есть косяки в изложении, не бейте сильно, я не офтальмолог. Надеюсь информация будет полезной.

Лично мне восстановить зрение помогло простейшее промывание глаз, когда вода попадала на роговицу (т.е. на сам глаз, а не веко).
Окулист удивился, когда узнал о таком способе, хотя к тому времени у меня было -1,5 и постоянная работа перед монитором!
Вот такие дела!

to Sniper777 А ничего нет удивительного в промывании глаз чистой воды - это один из способов релаксации глаз. Blazeer Четко выразил основную идею методики Бэйтса, и если глаза перенагруженны им просто надо дать отдых (произвести релаксацию).
